Nikon KeyMission 80 Camera Firmware 1.3 - Description

Fixed the following issue:

- Fixed an issue that prevented the camera charging if it was off when connected to the computer via USB.
- Fixed an issue that caused photos shot with a lens for selfies (camera 2) being flipped vertically when taken with the camera in landscape orientation.

Updating the Camera Firmware

- Create a folder on the computer hard disk and name it as desired.
- Download to the folder created in Step 1.
- Run the file to extract the firmware to a sub-folder in the new folder. The resulting file and folder hierarchy is: firmware (the sub-folder containing the firmware) and firmware.bin (the camera firmware, located in the “firmware” folder)
- Using a card slot or card reader, copy the “firmware” folder to a memory card that has been formatted in the camera.
- Insert the memory card into the camera and turn the camera on.
- Select Camera settings > Firmware version in the (setup) menu and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update. The camera will turn off automatically when the update is complete.
- Turn the camera on, then format the memory card.
- Confirm that the firmware has been updated to the new version.
